Join Venous Return Healing’s 4-Part Flow Series
Saturdays 10/11-11/11 4pm
Venous Return Healing is partnering with Five Point Holistic Health to offer a first-of-its-kind Self-Care Bodywork Series that combines simple massage techniques, mindful movement, and breathwork to connect its participants with the body language of their vital systems. Each workshop in this series focuses on a different somatic experience meant to teach individuals how to integrate self care practices into their daily life based on their bodily sensations.
Discover the powerful ways your body communicates through sensations and emotions. This series is designed to help you recognize the languages of your bodily systems, understand their interconnectedness, and learn practical self-care techniques to foster mind-body connection. Through mindful exploration and intentional practices, you'll cultivate a deeper connection with your body, enhancing your overall well-being and resilience. Suitable for all levels, this workshop series offers a supportive space to nurture your mind-body relationship and integrate healing habits into your daily routine.
